- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup red onions chopped
- 2 cups Roma tomatoes seeded and chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
