Ingredients
- 1 can Chick Peas 540 ml
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 pints Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 2 cups cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup Onions Red or green
- 200 grams Feta cheese or brocconcini mozzarella
- 1/2 - 1 cup lime and cilantro dressing
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers and salt and pepper. Toss lightly.
- Add chick peas, coriander, onions and cheese and toss.
- Add Nonna's Lime & Cilantro Dressing and toss. Add more dressing as needed.
