Ingredients
- 2 cups radishes
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Prepare a baking sheet or use a cast iron skillet.
- Wash radishes, trim the ends and cut in half or quarter.
- Add radishes to the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Bake radishes for 30-40 minutes, until soft, but not watery.
- For the Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to incorporate. Serve with the radishes.
