We grow Shiitake and Oyster Mushrooms. Shiitake (pronounced She-taw-kee) mushrooms are the oldest cultivated mushrooms in the world. Unmistakable for their unique and robust flavor Shiitake are among the world's healthiest foods. - 20% protein by weight - high in fiber - low in calories - contains important sulfur-amino acids lacking in other vegetable proteins.

Shiitake are used as a dietary staple in the Far East where they are considered to be an "elixir of life" used to enhance virility and longevity. We eat them because they taste great.

At SERVIPRO FARM, our mushrooms, produce, plants and cut flowers are grown organically, without the use of chemicals.
Our Shiitake mushrooms are grown on logs and our Oyster mushrooms are grown in bags, they are available fresh and dried.
We are at the Carp Farmers' Market every Saturday morning from May to October.
