red wine vinegar

hot pepper sauce

Instructions
In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, onions, green or red sweet pepper and garlic.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
Pour over vegetable mixture and combine gently.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. At serving time, add fresh parsley.
Salsa can be stored in refrigerator for up to 4 days before discarding.
