Heather’s Hearth is an on-farm sourdough bread bakery and school. Heather sells organic sourdough bread (gluten friendly as well!) . Every loaf is made by hand and baked in an outdoor wood fired oven. Heather is committed to using all Canadian organic flour as well as locally grown and milled flour right here in Ontario.
Heather also teaches students to bake sourdough bread on the farm and in her online course Sourdough Simplified. It is one of Heather’s greatest passions to lass along the lifelong skill of baking with sourdough.
