Heather's Hearth offers organic, healthy, handmade bread baked in a cob wood-fired oven. The building blocks of the bread are stone-ground organic flour, well water, sourdough starter and sea salt. Local, fresh ground flour is used in every loaf, giving the bread a complex and delicious flavour.
Heather's Hearth also offers a selection of fresh stone-ground flour for sale, ground less the 24 hours before the market day. All the flour is ground in an Austrian stone mill right on the farm in Douglas.

A.We are open Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. from May to October plus have special markets throughout the year.
Q. Is there an Admission charge?
A. No, it is FREE to get into the market.
Q. How much is parking?
A. Parking is FREE and we have wheelchair access.
Q. How many vendors do you have?
A. We have over 100 vendors, something for everyone!
