Tomato Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

1large seedless watermeloncut into 1-inch cubes
4 tomatoescut into 1-inch dice
12 mint leavessliced thinly
1large sweet onionsliced thinly
1cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4cup olive oil
2tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1pinch Coarse saltor to taste
1pinch ground black pepperor to taste

Instructions

Gently mix watermelon, tomatoes, mint, onion and feta cheese in a large bowl.
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl; drizzle over salad and gently toss to coat.
