Carp Garlic Month – August 2023

The Carp Market is again doing an entire Month of Garlic! During the 4 Saturdays in August, we will again celebrate all things garlic!

You’ll be able to purchase fresh, locally grown garlic each Saturday in August, from 8am to 1pm at the Carp Market. A number of your favourite garlic growers will join the regular vendors at the Market to bring you more varieties and more flavours than every before!

On Saturday, August the 12^th and Saturday, August the 19^th , which will be the peak of this year’s garlic season, we will again have our popular Tasting Booth – come and find out what the different varieties of garlic taste like – as well as a line-up of demonstrations and speakers, and a special scavenger hunt for the youngsters.

They will find The Great Garlic Hunt a challenge…. but a fun one! There will be prizes for the first 50 children who participate.
