John Bousfield is one of our longtime vendors who has been a member of our market for over 20 years! We are so happy to welcome him back for a few more Saturdays. Last year he had to undergo surgery which forced him to cut his market season short. The physical labour involved in running a nursery has become too demanding for John so this will be his last season as he tries to sell all his remaining plants. As always you can find him among his plants so be sure to stop by and say hi to John and pick up a plant or two! 👋💚

It's apple season! Old Huntley Orchard is back with their delicious locally grown apples and cider 😍 Samantha and Curtis’ apple orchard is located right here in Carp a mere 6km from the Market! 🍎🍏

Come say hi to longtime vendor Veronica (aka Bonnie) of Willow Memories! Bonnie has a wide selection of handmade rustic furniture and accents made using wood she collects from local West Carleton forests! 🪵 Her custom made art includes the fire-art known as pyrography to make one-of-a-kind creations. Find her inside the Exhibit Hall all season long 🎁

This past Saturday was Tree Day! We gave away 100 free White Spruce tree seedlings to our customers 🌲 We hope these baby trees grow up to be big and strong!

The Carp Farmers’ Market is proud to be a producer-only market which means that every single one of our vendors makes, bakes or grows what they sell. All of our vendors also live within 100km of Carp. It doesn’t get more local than that!
